What exactly is ESTEEM Education? We are an educational organization on a mission to enrich the experiences of students everywhere by expanding the way that learning spaces and education leaders approach STEM. Through student and educator workshops, We forge a future where children everywhere can foster a positive relationship with STEM, recognize how these subjects shape the world around them, and build the confidence to know that they, too, can leverage Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics to be changemakers.

Student-Centred Learning
It's no secret learners are most impacted when tasks centre who they are. For this reason, our curriculum connects key STEM subjects to interests, passions, cultural legacies, and lived experiences, not in a silo, but within the context of learner identities.
Real-World Application
STEM isn’t just a set of classroom subjects. STEM industries are the fields that are shaping our world. So, we empower students to investigate and envision the impact of STEM beyond the classroom, with activities and learning opportunities that have real-world and personalized applications.
Opening Career Pathways
We don’t just want students to enjoy STEM; we want them to see their future in it! While we love traditional career paths in STEM fields, we also equip students to imagine themselves as leaders and creators by including Economics and Entrepreneurship (thus, ESTEEM).
Experiential Programming
We’ve set aside the textbooks, and PowerPoints in favour of experiential learning that creates hands-on environments with STEM subjects. From science experiments to robotics, students cultivate their capacity for innovation and creativity.
Learning Anywhere
Our goal is to make STEM as accessible as possible. We’ve designed our programs to be flexible enough to be delivered almost anywhere. This means we bring STEM to you! Our teachers can set up and conduct workshops in an array of venues (e.g., schools, community centres, corporate spaces, etc.).
Embedding Equity
When we say STEM for all, we mean it! Our programs make room for every student to thrive in STEM, no matter their socio-economic status, background, identity, or learning style and ability. This includes celebrating diverse identities, prioritizing inclusion, and leading with equity.
